"Two Strange Figures" text story by Gene Colan. "Empty Holsters!", art by Doug Wildey; The Outlaw Kid prevents an robber named Darby from robbing a train and turns him over to the authorities, but Darby vows to get even with the masked hero; Several weeks later, the Kid is at his fathers ranch in his alter-ego of Lance Temple when his father Zane tells him that Darby is going to be sentenced for his crimes, but he worries about Darby's gang going after the Outlaw Kid in revenge. "Fists of Steel!", art by Doug Wildey; Mr. Been the mayor of Caliber City has called on the Outlaw Kid to help him with a problem: every Saturday night a bunch of men from the mines ride into town and cause trouble by getting drunk, shooting up the place and causing fights; Agreeing that this is indeed a problem, the Kid agrees to quash it before someone gets hurt. Untitled story; Peter is the chairman of a national convention of pigs, and Wolfie infiltrates their meeting in disguise to try to influence their decisions about how to deal with wolves. Untitled story, script and art by Sheldon Mayer; Dizzy invents a truth ray so that he can't be cheated by anyone, but even the powerful truth ray, which works on everything else, is no match for the deceptive skills of Amster the Hamster. "The Lost Spur!", art by Dick Ayers; The Rawhide Kid and his ward Randy Clayton spot a fire that is raging on Professor Scott's ranch and come to the aid of the Professor's family; They are too late to stop the fire from destroying Scott's home, but the Professor and his family manage to escape; Scott explains to the Rawhide Kid that some masked men burned his home to the ground.
